PERE: 2013 Global PERE Awards

Paul Hastings was recognized by PERE in its 2013 Global PERE Awards as Law Firm of the Year (Transactions) in North America and Law Firm of the Year (Fund Formation) in Asia. In Europe, the firm ranked second in Law Firm of the Year (Transactions) and third in the Law Firm of the Year (Fund Formation). Additionally, the firm represented Starwood Capital Group in its $1.64 billion acquisition of seven malls from The Westfield Group, which was shortlisted for Deal of the Year in North America; and David Ryland represented Starwood Capital in connection with its $600 million purchase of the Principal Hayley Group, which was shortlisted for Deal of the Year in Europe.
