Paul Hastings Transaction Named 2016 Deal of the Year by ACG Indiana

Parallel49 Equity was recognized by ACG Indiana for 2016 Deal of the Year at the organization's Annual Awards Dinner for a deal on which Paul Hastings served as legal counsel. The Private Equity practice at Paul Hastings advised Parallel49 Equity on their acquisition of Kinetrex Energy, the leading supplier of liquefied natural gas in the Midwest. 

The award identifies a transaction that has significantly impacted the state of Indiana or a company’s industry, and recognizes those involved in an Indiana-focused M&A transaction that adds value to the Indiana business community.
