Our recent work spans several landmark matters across multiple jurisdictions, including: a central role in FTX's Chapter 11 proceedings involving over $32 billion in liabilities to achieve a confirmed plan returning up to $16.5 billion to former customers; representing WeWork's unsecured creditors in their $18.6 billion restructuring; leading Travelport's $4.3 billion recapitalization; and guiding CWT Travel Holdings through a complex cross-border recapitalization. In Europe, we advised Wilmington Trust on Project Fürst's €1 billion+ restructuring plan in England, and an ad hoc group of lenders in connection with the restructuring and refinancing of Nova Austral, a Chilean company, which involved local restructuring proceedings, advising on litigation strategy and the provision of a structured financing solution.
