Paul Hastings Championed as Most Impressive Investigations Practice by Global Investigations Review

November 10, 2021

Paul Hastings LLP has been recognized as the Most Impressive Investigations Practice—for the second time in five years—by Global Investigations Review (GIR).

Additionally, two prominent Paul Hastings lawyers were honored at GIR’s annual Awards. Tim Dickinson, Senior Counsel, received the special honor of GIR’s Outstanding Career Award, while Robert Luskin's role in representing Goldman Sachs on its "record-breaking $2.9 billion 1MDB resolution with 10 authorities" was recognized as GIR's Most Important Development of the Year

The firm’s additional nominations included those for Kwame Manley, as Investigations Professional of the Year, for representing SAP in securing a non-prosecution agreement under DOJ’s voluntary disclosure policy, which was itself nominated as Most Important Development of the Year.

Additionally, Paul Hastings’ UK partners Jonathan Pickworth and Rebecca Copcutt were noted for their roles representing a former trader against whom the US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency recently dropped all charges of forex manipulation. The matter was shortlisted as Most Important Court Case of the Year.
