Paul Hastings Awarded Two LatinFinance Deal of the Year Awards

Paul Hastings was recognized by Latin Finance at the publication's Deal of The Year Awards in two categories: Syndicated Loan and Equity Follow-On. The firm was recognized for representing Sigma Alimentos in arranging the financing the $1 billion acquisition of Campofrio by Sigma Alimentos and WH Group; and also representing the initial purchasers of Fibra Uno in its $2.3 billion follow on offering.
