Paul Hastings LLP advised on a LatinFinance "Deals of the Year" award-winning matter. The Republic of Peru $4 billion Multi-Tranche Issuance was named Sovereign Bond of the Year for 2021. The three-tranche deal was Peru's largest up to that point in the international bond market.
