Paul Hastings was selected as a member of the Winners Circle at the M&A Atlas Awards, Major Markets Gala Ceremony, held March 11, 2011. The firm was honored in the Media & Entertainment Deal of the Year category for its role as legal counsel in The Walt Disney Company's acquisition of Marvel Entertainment Inc.
