Kenneth Breen and Phara Guberman Named 'Litigators of the Week' by The American Lawyer

Paul Hastings Litigation partners Phara Guberman and Kenneth Breen, who also serves as the Head of the firm's New York White Collar Defense practice, were named "Litigators of the Week" by The American Lawyer. The pair were recognized after the Second Circuit overturned the 2018 conviction of their client, former Deutsche Bank derivatives trader, Matthew Connolly.
