Jessamy Gallagher Named in PEI Group’s 2024 Women of Influence in Private Markets List

Paul Hastings Global Co-Chair of the Corporate Department and Energy & Infrastructure M&A partner Jessamy Gallagher was selected for inclusion in Private Equity International (PEI) Group’s 2024 Women of Influence in Private Markets list in the Infrastructure category.

Jessamy, based in the Firm’s London office, has worked on a number of large, announced mandates over the past year, including advising VINCI Airports on its acquisition of a majority stake in Edinburgh Airport in a deal worth almost $1.7 billion, CPPIB-owned Boldyn Networks on a corporate reorganization and refinancing, and global asset manager abrdn in relation to its buyout of alternative fibre network provider Airband. Beyond Paul Hastings, Jessamy coordinates a range of DE&I-focused events to facilitate networking among female peers within infrastructure.

In its fourth year, PEI Group’s Women of Influence in the Private Markets list highlights women helping to shape the fast-changing alternatives landscape. The list was launched in response to the persistent gender gap in private markets and is comprised of just 42 women from over 500 nominations, shining light on the achievements of the brilliant women selected.
