Financial Times: FT Innovative Lawyers Europe 2013

The firm has been recognized in the FT Innovative Lawyers Europe 2013 report as one of the most innovative law firms in Europe. Two transactions were also noted in the report: the firm was commended for Corporate Law for “Deploying a structure new to the German market to enable the restructuring of commercial mortgage-backed securities” (See news story here); and commended for Finance Law for advising “on the first agency commercial mortgage-backed security since the 2008 financial crisis” (see story here). The FT Innovative Lawyers rankings aims to recognize market leaders in the legal industry by measuring and rewarding uniqueness and value delivered to clients.
