Paul Hastings was recognized by _China Law & Practice_with the "China Outbound Deal of the Year 2014” for the firm’s role on WH Group’s US$7.1 billion acquisition of Smithfield Foods. Partner Wayne Ma was also named the "Rising Star" in the Real Estate & Construction category.
