Paul Hastings was recognized in Asian-Mena Counsel’s Deals of the Year 2013 for our representation of Shuanghui International in its acquisition of Smithfield foods as well as our involvement in the initial public offering of Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust (the firm was legal adviser to the manager and the sponsor of Hong Kong Law).
