Mark has been elected to the American College of Employee Benefit Counsel, recognizing his distinguished record of achievement and contribution to the employee benefits field. Members must have at least 20 years practicing in the employee benefits field. Mark is the second Paul Hastings lawyer to be appointed an ACEBC member.
