Paul Hastings worked on five deals recognized by the International Financing Review’s 2015 IFR Awards. PetSmart’s $4.3 billion buyout loan, on which Paul Hastings represented the joint lead arrangers and the administrative agent, won the “North America Leveraged Loan” award; PetSmart’s $1.9 billion buyout bond, on which Paul Hastings represented the initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering, won the “North America High-Yield Bond” award; EA Partners’ $700 million five-year bond, on which Paul Hastings advised EA Partners, won the “Emerging EMEA Bond” award; Jamaica’s $2 billion dual-tranche bond, on which Paul Hastings represented the Government of Jamaica, won the “Latin America Bond” award; and Nemak’s Ps11.9 billion IPO, on which Paul Hastings represented Nemak, won the “Latin America Equity Issue” award.
