Breakfast on the Current Trends in the Central and Eastern European Private Equity Market

Paul Hastings, Kinstellar and Lazard will host a breakfast on the Current Trends in the Central and Eastern European Private Equity Market on 14 May 2019 at 9.00am in the Paul Hastings Paris office located 32 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris.

At the occasion of this breakfast, the following topics will be discussed:

• Overview of sectors in demand across the countries and their attractiveness;

• Overview of the most common corporate, finance and tax acquisition structuring and management incentive arrangements structuring; and
