WOMEN LEGAL 2009 is a highly-interactive forum designed to candidly address the issues (as well as illustrate progress made) with respect to female lawyers overcoming the obstacles that stand in the way of leadership positions in the modern law firm.

The need for change has never been more compelling and our weakened economy will not diminish the need to address these issues. If anything, these current economic conditions make it even more important to find ways to retain and advance valued contributors.
