Jane will speak on the “A Journey to the Dark Side of International Business: Real-World Risk and Real-World Lessons” panel with Richard Bistrong, CEO of Front-Line Anti-Bribery LLC, on June 15th. She will also participate in a discussion entitled “Being the Focus of a Government Investigation,” with Vikas Khanna, first assistant U.S. attorney, U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of New Jersey; Jim Sheehan, chief of the Charities Bureau at the NY Attorney General’s Office; John Kelly, partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP; and Jacob Elberg, associate professor of law at Seton Hall Law School, on June 15th.
Jeremy will lead on a session entitled “Topics in US Privacy and Data Protection: Pharmaceutical and Biotech Considerations” on June 15th.
