Private Equity International's CFOs & COOs Forum Asia will focus on the back-office needs of the regions growing private equity firms. With nearly US$4 trillion collectively in fund assets, in a few short years, Asian private equity boutiques have grown into a sizeable, mature industry. This has resulted in a transformation in PE fund operations and in the expectations of the global LP base. Service providers have also increased in sophistication.

Paul Hastings partner Lesli Ligorner will moderate the "Foreign Corrupt Practices Act" panel from 2:15 pm to 3:00 pm that will cover the due diligence needs to be undertaken during the acquisition process to ensure that the PE firm does not inherit liability for the portfolio companys violations.
