Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia's 27th Annual Business Law Institute

Walter E. Jospin will be moderating and William K. Whitner will be a panelist at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia's 27th Annual Business Law Institute. The seminar will take place on October 16-17, 2008 at The Westin Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Jospin will moderate the October 16th afternoon session entitled "In-House counsel: What Do They Want?" The session is scheduled for 3:45 pm.

Mr. Whitner will be on a panel during the October 17th morning session entitled "Business Litigators Look at Deal Lawyer Documents: Understanding ADR, Arbitration and Other Boilerplate You May Be  Overlooking." The session is scheduled for 8:45 am.
