We are pleased to announce that Paul Hastings Employment Law Partner Jon Geier and Of Counsel Tammy Daub will be speaking at the D.C. Bar’s program, along with Keir Bickerstaffe, Counsel for Interpretation and Advice, Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor.

The panel will discuss significant Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory developments, including the recently issued final sex discrimination, LGBT and pay transparency regulations plus the final Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces regulation and guidance. Knowledge of the new rules are necessary for federal contractors and many of the issues apply to all employers.
