Paul Hastings partners Nathaniel Edmonds is a featured panelist for this program, which will focus on the recent expanded use of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the implications for U.S. companies and law firms, using China as a specific topic of discussion. 

Topics will include an overview of FCPA issues, with a special emphasis on their application to China; the U.S. government perspective, on both the investigations and policy side; and issues that clients and attorneys encounter in attempting to comply with or defend against FCPA actions.
