Antitrust & Merger Control Seminar

Wednesday, February 26 4:00 PM GMT to 5:00 PM GMT

Paul Hastings presents a merger control and antitrust seminar led by Andreas Stargard, Partner in the Antitrust and International Competition practice based in Europe, and Hajime Kanagawa, Partner in M&A practice.

Mr. Stargard will present and lead an open discussion on hot M&A antitrust topics in the EU, U.S. and China of interest to in-house counsel, including strategic pointers for cross-border mergers and acquisitions, overcoming high market-share or entry-barrier presumptions, tactical ex ante divestiture planning, and managing the due diligence process in view of gun-jumping concerns.

Mr. Kanagawa will join the discussion to address typical issues which may be faced by strategic buyers as they go about their acquisitions in a highly concentrated market.

This seminar is a part of our client training program, open to our selected clients and professional friends. If you wish to attend, please RSVP as instructed in the right-hand column. Please note that we have limited space for the seminar and will accept registrations on a first-come-first-served basis.
