Members of Paul Hastings’ Intellectual Property Litigation Practice are proud to speak at ACI’s Paragraph IV disputes conference, taking place on October 6-7, 2020 in New York and virtually. The conference focuses on recent developments in litigation and legislation surrounding Hatch-Waxman Litigation, and features insights from over fifteen Judges from District Courts and the PTAB, as well as in-house counsel from branded and generic pharmaceutical companies. Bruce M. Wexler, Partner and Co-Chair, Intellectual Property Practice, will moderate the highly anticipated Judges’ panel, “Morning Roll Call with the District Judges,” featuring insights from jurists with some of the liveliest PIV litigation dockets in the country. Melanie Rupert, Partner and Global Co-Chair of Talent Development, will participate on the session “Selecting and Effectively Using Expert Witnesses in Pharmaceutical Patent Litigation.”
