Paul Hastings invites you to join us for a roundtable discussion which will focus on the legal implications resulting from the recent release of the “Panama Papers.”

Among other things, we will address the anticipated reaction of law enforcement officials and other regulators, in the US and elsewhere, to the disclosures contained within the Panama Papers; whether the disclosures may pose potential issues for any Korean-based companies; and offer practical guidance for in-house counsel contemplating proactive risk mitigation in the wake of the disclosures for their companies and constituents

The discussion will be led by two of Paul Hastings’ senior white collar litigation partners from the U.S., Mark Pollack and Palmina Fava, together with Seoul Office Chair Jong Han Kim.
