Partners Tom Best and Nicola Bonucci will be in Oslo, Norway this January for C5’s 6th Annual Conference on Anti-Corruption Nordics. Nicola, who recently joined Paul Hastings from the OECD, will deliver a keynote address on January 29th covering anti-corruption enforcement priorities and impact in the Nordics Region. Tom will be speaking on a panel on January 30th, covering the structuring and cost-management of multi-jurisdictional investigations. This panel presentation will provide real world examples of how defense counsel manage the challenges of coordinating with several authorities, best practices for communication with stakeholders, addressing local law in internal investigations and cooperation with authorities, and everything in between.
