"Navigating Dodd-Frank: Are We Avoiding Another Financial Crisis?"

The conference features a number of great speakers and panelists from the government, private sector and consumer advocate groups involved in financial services to debate the impact of the landmark Dodd Frank Act financial reform legislation and after a continental breakfast from 7:45-8:30 am, will include a keynote address by Mary Shapiro, Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Paul Hastings partner Gerard Comizio will moderate a panel from 9:30-10:50 am entitled Dodd Frank: Too Little or Too Much. The session will feature, among others, Scott Alvarez, the general counsel of the Federal Reserve Board; Rick Krimminger, general counsel of the FDIC; and Peter Wallison, former general counsel of the U.S. Department of Treasury and White House counsel to President Reagan.
