2021 PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference

Paul Hastings is proud to sponsor the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Bar Association Annual Conference on September 22-24, 2021 at the Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC. Paul Hastings Intellectual Property Partner Joe Palys and  IP Associates Chetan Bansel and Daniel Zeilberger will be speaking at and moderating sessions at the event; Dan also currently serves on the Association’s Board of Directors. This event aims to foster constructive dialog among PTAB stakeholders, including practitioners, in-house counsel, and Judges regarding case law development, best practices, policy updates, and key trends. Paul Hastings is a seed founding member of the PTAB Bar Association, and Patent Office Chair and Intellectual Property Practice Vice-Chair Naveen Modi is a Past President of the Association.
