Overview

Nat Brown is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and entertainment and media.

Education

Ms. Brown earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2022. While in law school, she served as a law student division assembly member and voting delegate of the American Bar Association, and a student lawyer for the Collateral Consequences of Conviction Justice Project Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Brown received an M.A. in Education Policy and Administration from Loyola Marymount University in 2016. She received a B.A., with distinction, in Political and Social Thought, and minor in Philosophy from the University of Virginia in 2014. Ms. Brown is admitted to practice law in California.
