Paul Hastings LLP advised Varicent, the industry leader in sales performance management software, and Great Hill Partners on a strategic investment in Varicent by Warburg Pincus and existing investors Great Hill Partners and Spectrum Equity, with participation from company management. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
