Jack Ingamells is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings and focuses on real estate finance and fund finance transactions. He advises on a wide range of cross-border real estate transactions, including investment and development loans, loan-on-loan facilities and loan repurchase transactions. Jack advises major international banks as well as investment funds, debt funds, sponsors, arrangers and agents. His experience also includes advising lenders and funds in relation to subscription lines, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities and other borrowing base facilities.
