Paul Hastings Advised Henderson Park on the Refinancing of a 13-Hotel Portfolio

Paul Hastings LLP advised global private equity firm Henderson Park in connection with the refinancing of a portfolio of 13 hotels across England, Scotland and Ireland, with a portfolio value of over £850 million. 

The complex deal consisted of a pre-close corporate restructuring to accommodate two parallel financing structures. The Paul Hastings teams negotiated two separate multicurrency facilities with two separate lender groups of up to £500m in aggregate (with investment and development tranches) to refinance the borrower group’s existing debt.

Partners Miles Flynn and Rehan Hanif led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Jiten Tank, associates Jack Ingamells and Abigail Hung, and paralegal Angela Morgan.
