Elise Wu is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactional matters.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Wu practiced corporate law and technology transactions. In addition, she is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, with experience in software and patent litigation.

Ms. Wu received her law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2023, where she was a Pritzker Law Research Fellow, a research assistant at the Law and Technology Initiative, and served as Notes Editor of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. She earned a Masters degree in Chemistry from Ohio University in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and Global Health from Northwestern University in 2019.
