Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP has advised long-standing private equity client Abry Partners, and its portfolio company, Chambers and Partners, a leading B2B information services provider in the legal sector, in the acquisition of Lamp House Strategy, an insights specialist for the legal sector.

The transaction follows Abry Partner’s acquisition of Chambers and Partners from private equity group Inflexion in November 2023, on which Paul Hastings also advised (here).
