Paul Hastings Advises Itelyum on €825.0 Million High Yield and RCF Refinancing

Paul Hastings LLP advised Itelyum, a leading European circular economy player specializing in recycling complex streams of hazardous waste and a portfolio company of Stirling Square Capital Partners, in connection with the issuance of €725 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.75% senior secured notes due 2030. The proceeds of the notes were used to refinance Itelyum’s existing debt and fund cash to the balance sheet. The financing also consisted of a new €100 million revolving credit facility provided by certain affiliates of the initial purchasers.
