Paul Hastings Advises DRC Savills Investment Management on Refinancing and Capex Facility for the Redevelopment of Fitzroy House

Paul Hastings LLP advised DRC Savills Investment Management LLP as lender on a multi-tranche loan refinancing and capex facility to support the acquisition, financing and redevelopment of Fitzroy House, a prime freehold office in London’s West End. The Paul Hastings team advised on all aspect of the transaction, including the facility agreement, finance documents and real estate due diligence.

The transaction is another investment made by DRC Savills Investment Management using their new Pan-European Whole Loan Fund, which targets loans to top-tier sponsors investing in the acquisition and capital-expenditure-led-enhancement of real estate across Europe.
