Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP has successfully advised LiveMore Capital (“LiveMore”), a UK-based speciality mortgage lender focused on the 50 to 90+ age segment of the market, on pricing its first public securitisation of residential mortgages.

This landmark transaction marks a significant milestone for LiveMore as it enters the public securitisation market. The Simple, Transparent and Standardised deal involved the securitisation of a portfolio of retirement interest only mortgages and standard mortgages, enabling LiveMore to broaden its investor base and secure a robust and diversified funding platform to support its growing business.

Paul Hastings has provided comprehensive legal counsel since LiveMore’s formation in 2018, guiding LiveMore through its initial FCA authorisation, launch of its products, raising capital and supporting its enormously successful growth in the face of macro challenges the market has faced including COVID-19, interest rate volatility, a changing business environment and political uncertainty.
