Paul Hastings Represents the Croatian Government on a Landmark Motorway PPP Project

London (July 1, 2008) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that the firm has advised the Republic of Croatia on the refinancing of the Zagreb-Macelj Motorway PPP project. The financing of the deal was provided by Fortis Bank, KfW and Banca Infrastrutture Innovazione e Sviluppo. The lenders were advised by Allen & Overy. The transaction, which closed on June 30, 2008 is valued at approximately €400 million.
