Christian Müller is a Partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He advises German and international clients on Private Equity and M&A transactions, on Venture Capital as well as on General Corporate law. Additionally, he advises his clients on all aspects of banking and finance law. Mr. Müller’s clients include funds and other financial investors, mid-size and family-owned enterprises, as well as international conglomerates.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Müller worked as a lawyer for another U.S. law firm and for a major German law firm in Frankfurt for several years.
