Neal Mollen was named Litigator of the Week by The American Lawyer for his role in representing GlaxoSmithKline in an overtime class action, leading to the Supreme Courts 5-4 ruling on Monday that GSKs sales reps are exempt from the mandatory overtime provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
