Matthias Kamber and Elizabeth Brann Named Among the Daily Journal’s ‘Top Intellectual Property Lawyers’ 2025
April 04, 2025
Intellectual Property partners Matthias Kamber and Elizabeth Brann have been named among the Daily Journal’s “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers” 2025.
Matthias is noted for advising in disputes involving cutting-edge technologies for major tech companies, including Google in two significant cases that demonstrate the evolving landscape of IP litigation. He has had early wins in defending Google against claims related to ad-targeting technology in a case awaiting appellate arguments. In a separate matter, Matthias secured a settlement before closing arguments in a trial involving Google’s Tensor Processing Units.
Elizabeth is recognized for representing Google and Samsung against patent infringement claims involving extensive ongoing litigation. She has found success in arguing against top-notch counsel before juries, at the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, and at the Federal Circuit, in part because of her ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
The Daily Journal’s annual list recognizes the top intellectual property lawyers in various areas of intellectual property law.
