Morgan on the refinancing of Phenna Group’s existing debt, which had been provided in 2022 in connection with Oakley Capital’s investment in Phenna. The company is a debut loan issuer in the syndicated TLB market, and both the Facility B and Delayed Draw Term Facility were syndicated to investors.
