Westbrook Receives Strategic Minority Investment from Candle Media Backed by Blackstone

Century City and New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Westbrook, Inc., the media company founded by Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith, which received a strategic minority investment from Candle Media, the next-generation media company run by leading entertainment executives Kevin Mayer and Tom Staggs and backed by investment capital from Blackstone. The strategic investment will allow Westbrook to accelerate the growth of its content pipeline and talent network for artists of all backgrounds to share their stories.
