Paul Hastings LLP advised ATLAS SP Securities, a division of Apollo Global Securities, LLC, as sole structuring agent and initial purchaser, and Piper Sandler & Co., as initial purchaser, on an inaugural issuance of 144A/Reg S ABS notes sponsored by ClickLease LLC, secured by equipment and related leases.
