L&L Holding Company, Normandy Real Estate Partners and J. P. Morgan Complete $880 Million Acquisition of Terminal Stores

New York -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, advised the joint venture between L&L Holding Company, Normandy Real Estate Partners and J. P. Morgan in their $880 million acquisition of Terminal Stores, an historic 1.2 million square-foot complex from Waterfront New York and GreenOak Real Estate Advisors LP.
Located in Manhattan’s West Chelsea and Hudson Yards neighborhoods, Terminal Stores is primed to become a cutting-edge office and retail destination. As part of the acquisition, the joint venture will convert approximately 500,000 square feet of space for office use.

Chelsea Terminal Warehouse is home to Uber and L'Oreal USA.
