IAM Global Leaders 2021 Recognizes the Paul Hastings’ IP Practice
November 23, 2020
New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that Bruce Wexler, the head of the Firm’s Patent Office Practice, Naveen Modi, and the Tokyo office IP lead, Hiro Hagiwara, have been recognized in the second annual edition of IAM Global Leaders.
The awards also reflect the breadth of Paul Hastings’ Global Intellectual Property Practice, across multiple IP litigation disciplines and geographies. The publication draws on the IAM Patent 1000 and IAM Strategy 300 to identify the elite of the IP world and their ability to innovate, inspire, and go above-and-beyond to deliver for their clients. To qualify for inclusion in IAM Global Leaders, individuals must also be ranked in the Gold Tier of the IAM Patent 1000.
Paul Hastings was ranked as one of IAM’s most sophisticated patent litigation practices in the 2020 edition of IAM Patent 1000. “Few, if any, elite trial outfits are as impressive across district courts, the Federal Circuit, the ITC, and the PTAB as Paul Hastings,” according to IAM.
In the IAM Patent 1000, Paul Hastings received top-tier Nationwide rankings in the United States and Japan. In addition, the firm secured a Gold ranking for patent litigation in New York, along with Silver rankings in California and Washington, D.C. IAM continues to recognize the firm’s Intellectual Property practice for strength in patent litigation, post-grant proceedings, International Trade Commission §337 Investigations, and Federal Circuit appellate litigation in California, Illinois, New York, Washington, D.C., Japan, and South Korea.
