Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance Forms xCelle Americas, a Joint Venture with Triumph Group

Paul Hastings is assisting Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance on the creation of xCelle Americas, a newly formed joint venture with Triumph Group.

Triumph Group (Triumph) and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) finalized on September 22, 2021 the creation of their joint venture, xCelle Americas, to overhaul nacelles for new generation aircraft at Triumph's Hot Springs, Arkansas repair facility.

The formation of xCelle Americas advances important strategic objectives for both Triumph and AFI KLM E&M, expanding the reach of AFI KLM E&M's nacelle MRO capabilities and Boeing 787 license into the Americas and enabling Triumph to be positioned on new gen nacelles business, thus supporting key North and South American customers on the core of their future fleets.
