Paul Hastings LLP advised Flexpoint Ford in connection with the combination of Public Trust Advisors, LLC (Public Trust), an investment advisory firm in which it has a significant investment, and the PMA Companies (PMA). As a combined firm, Public Trust and PMA will work with clients across 26 states, offering investment services to approximately 11,000 public entities and helping local governments and school districts support community improvements and growth.

The combined organization anticipates announcing a new brand in the coming months, including a new firm name and website.
