Overview

Zachary Hadd is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Hadd's practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Mr. Hadd received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 2021. While in law school, Mr. Hadd served as a staff editor on the New York University School of Law Moot Court Board, was a member of the Trial Advocacy Society, and sat on the executive board of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Society. He also externed for the Honorable Denise L. Cote in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  

Mr. Hadd is a registered patent attorney and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Prior to attending law school, he practiced as a patent agent at a boutique law firm in San Francisco specializing in patent prosecution.  

Mr. Hadd graduated with a B.S. in Microbiology and Biomolecular Science from the University of Michigan in 2014.
