
Overview
Valentin Morichon is of counsel in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Valentin specializes in PE/M&A operations and has, in particular, developed an expertise in the infrastructure sector. He has built a strong track record in the mid-cap to jumbo-cap segments, advising leading private equity firms, financial sponsors, infrastructure investors, corporates (both listed and private) and entrepreneurs. His expertise spans acquisitions, disposals, joint-ventures and broader strategic transactions.
Valentin is particularly well-versed in highly regulated sectors, with a focus on infrastructure, energy and healthcare/life sciences.
He regularly leads both domestic and cross-border deals and is known for his ability to navigate the strategic, legal and regulatory complexities inherent to these industries.
Valentin has been seconded to Antin Infrastructure Partners in Paris in 2024.
