Paul Patrow is a partner in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings based in the firm’s Chicago office. Paul focuses his practice on counseling private equity sponsors in a variety of transactions including raising funds, secondary transactions, GP-led continuation vehicles, and minority stake investments. In addition, Paul has extensive experience relating to portfolio company M&A transactions, joint ventures, and other transactions involving investment funds.
